Your mission

As Regional Business Manager for Europe & Middle East, you will be responsible for leading and expanding Uriach‘s commercial activities across assigned international markets. You will drive revenue growth, ensure strong profitability, and build long-term strategic partnerships that support sustainable international expansion.
This role combines strategic market development, partner management, and leadership, requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate in complex international environments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Take full P&L responsibility for your assigned region and ensure sustainable revenue and margin growth
  • Develop and implement regional export strategies aligned with the company’s global objectives
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and international partnerships
  • Manage and strengthen a network of distributors and strategic partners
  • Define and monitor KPIs and growth plans for the region
  • Lead contract negotiations with international partners
  • Oversee marketing investments and operational expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights based on regional trends and developments
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, legal, finance, innovation, and operations teams
  • Lead and develop Export Area Managers and Business Development Managers within the region
  • Represent Uriach at key international meetings, events, and partner engagements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

This is how you impress us

  • Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in international sales, export management, or regional business development
  • Experience in consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or food supplements is highly desirable
  • Proven track record in managing international partners and distributor
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on commercial execution
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with business intelligence and sales data
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Additional language skills are highly valued (e.g. French, Spanish or Arabic)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
