Your Responsibilities
- Take full P&L responsibility for your assigned region and ensure sustainable revenue and margin growth
- Develop and implement regional export strategies aligned with the company’s global objectives
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and international partnerships
- Manage and strengthen a network of distributors and strategic partners
- Define and monitor KPIs and growth plans for the region
- Lead contract negotiations with international partners
- Oversee marketing investments and operational expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights based on regional trends and developments
- Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, legal, finance, innovation, and operations teams
- Lead and develop Export Area Managers and Business Development Managers within the region
- Represent Uriach at key international meetings, events, and partner engagements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
